Made for Indian Electronics Retail

Billing Software for Mobile & Electronics Shops

Record IMEI and serial numbers against every sale, keep warranty dates attached to the invoice, and settle service claims without opening a single file.

IMEI and serial capture

Record the serial or IMEI of the exact unit sold, so you can trace any handset back to its invoice and its buyer later.

Warranty attached to the sale

Set a warranty period per product and it rides along with the invoice, so a claim months later is settled from the record rather than from memory.

Know which unit is still in stock

Serial-level stock means you know precisely which units remain, not just how many — useful when models look identical on the shelf.

Fast counter billing

Scan, bill and print on a thermal or A4 printer, with the GST split calculated automatically on every sale.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I record the IMEI number of each phone I sell?

Yes. Products can be tracked by serial number, and for mobile handsets that field is where the IMEI goes. You capture it at the point of sale, and it is stored against that invoice line. Later, if a customer returns with a handset, you can find the exact sale, the date and the warranty position from the serial alone.

How does warranty tracking work?

You set a warranty duration on the product, and when the item is sold the warranty is recorded against that sale. Because it is tied to the invoice and to the serial number, a claim is settled by looking up the record rather than relying on the customer's copy of the bill or on anyone's recollection of when it was sold.

Can I handle accessories and handsets in the same shop?

Yes. Serial tracking is set per product, so handsets can be tracked unit by unit while accessories like cables and covers are tracked by quantity. That keeps the counter fast for low-value items without giving up traceability where it actually matters.

What about returns and replacements under warranty?

Returns are processed against the original invoice, with the stock and the GST handled correctly through a credit note. Because the serial number is on the original sale, a replacement unit can be issued and recorded against the same customer, leaving a clean trail of which physical unit went out and when.

Does it produce GST invoices for both walk-in and business customers?

Yes. For a walk-in customer you can bill quickly without a GSTIN, and for a business buyer you capture their GSTIN so the invoice is a proper B2B document with the correct tax treatment. Both flow into your GSTR-1 data in the right tables at month end.
