Is there a free plan for Wiseventory?
Yes. Wiseventory offers a 30-day free trial with full access to all features — no credit card required. After the trial period, you can continue on a free tier with limited invoices per month, or upgrade to a paid plan for unlimited billing, inventory management, GST reports, and priority support. The free trial gives you enough time to evaluate whether Wiseventory fits your business workflow before any financial commitment.
What is included in the paid plans?
All paid plans include unlimited invoice generation, real-time inventory tracking, purchase and expense management, GST report exports (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B), Tally data export, customer ledger management, and multi-location support. Higher-tier plans additionally include API access, priority support, multiple user seats, and advanced analytics. There are no hidden add-ons — every plan includes the complete feature set.
Can I switch plans after subscribing?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your Wiseventory plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, the new features are available immediately and billing is prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing period so you retain access to your current plan until then.
Are there any setup fees or hidden charges?
No. Wiseventory has no setup fees, onboarding fees, or hidden charges. You pay only the published subscription price for your chosen plan. Data migration assistance, basic onboarding support, and software updates are included at no extra cost. The price you see on the pricing page is the price you pay — GST inclusive.
What payment methods are accepted?
Wiseventory accepts all major payment methods including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit cards, credit cards, and net banking. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner. You will receive a GST invoice for every payment made, which you can use for your business expense records.
What is the refund policy?
Wiseventory offers a refund within 7 days of payment if you are not satisfied with the service. To request a refund, contact our support team at support@wiseventory.com with your account details and the reason for the refund.
