Once you submit a verified account deletion request, our team reviews it within 2 business days. After verification of your identity through the registered email and phone number, we initiate permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data from our active systems. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove your personal profile information, contact details, business name, and login credentials from our active databases. Your billing and invoice data may be retained for a limited period as required by Indian GST law and the Information Technology Act, after which it is also purged. We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties at any point.
The account deletion process typically takes 5 to 7 business days from the date of request verification. This timeline accounts for identity verification, removal from active systems, and clearing data from our backup infrastructure. You will not be able to log in or access your account once deletion has been initiated.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed once confirmed. If you believe you submitted the request by mistake, please contact our support team at support@wiseventory.com immediately before the deletion is processed. If deletion is already complete, you are welcome to create a new account, but previous data cannot be restored.
Yes. Wiseventory follows strict data security protocols throughout the deletion process. Your data remains encrypted and inaccessible to unauthorised parties while deletion is in progress. We comply with the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008 and applicable data protection guidelines to ensure your personal information is handled responsibly.
